I am friends with Jo’s mum, Linda, so we popped along to this event the other night, which was my first time out since my full hip replacement. A much-needed escape from the walls of my flat! The ladies that lunch had a small gathering of only five of us yesterday but we still had a good time, we didn’t get any dirty looks for laughing too loud and having fun so maybe we were not up to our high standard.
