Hungry Horse, Folkestone We decided to go last weekend because we knew Easter weekend would be busy. It was definitely a good choice, as the Easter Bunny spent so much time chatting to Enzo. They even had a hopping race together! This pub is so nice, the way they do things for the children at times. Easter has all of a sudden crept up on us, so I have had a look about for a few must-have bargains and necessities. Let’s start with hot cross buns, these are just normal and a good price of 99p for a pack of six. I was shocked to see that you can now get a variety of types from chocolate hot cross buns to apple, red velvet and caramel! The weather was glorious for the whole Easter weekend so people were out and about in Kent, I even saw some people having a swim in the sea. Whatever you did, I hope you had a really good time, it was nice to catch up with family and enjoy the children hunting for eggs. New Romney school had an animal petting day which Enzo enjoyed very much, they have no fear of putting their fingers in any cages but he wasn’t sure about stroking a snake.
