Today has been our hottest day of the year so far but please do not get excited as temperatures will drop tomorrow and then Sunday they are predicting showers. Typical English weather, I hear you say…..but we want more sunshine! I took the opportunity of taking some pictures in my garden and practicing with my camera and I must say I am well impressed with myself, I even had a fiddle with the controls and just didn’t leave it on automatic. I will now show you some pictures as I can hear some sniggering in the back-ground, yes I did take them all on my own.
So there you go, I love the detail on the Geranium petals and the gnome peeping through the Lavender. My pink ladder is looking good this year and I am pleased with how everything is growing, even though everything is very late this year. My strawberry’s are still very small and green but I have loads so the grandchildren can come round and pick their own!
I have had a very quiet week as been a bit under the weather and am now waiting to see two consultants, yes just my luck it all happens together and makes you feel horrible. I have had trouble concentrating so have got very behind with the books I am reading and as usual there are loads of books out that I really want to read now. Will try not to leave it so long until the next post folks. Have a great weekend, see you soon. x
