DAY OUT WITH FREDDIE

I had a super time with Freddie the other day, such simple things make it a brilliant day out. We caught the bus by his house and went into town, this was his first time on a bus and he really could not understand why there was not any seat belts, I think he asked why about 20 times! When we got on another bus to my house he held on and was wrapped round my arm, he has only ever known seat belts all the time so he could not get his head round it and then he realised that coaches have seat belts so why not buses?

I think an ice cream was needed after that traumatic ride lol. We went to Missy Moo’s the ice cream parlour which was lovely and cool in there as the temperature has risen lots again here in Kent. They have a big TV on the wall so we watched a bit of Nemo while we ate our ice cream. Freddie likes the blue bubblegum flavour and it was enormous I really did not think he would eat it all but all that was left was about an inch of melted ice cream in the bottom of the glass.

Next stop was a couple of shops in town but I did not realise there would be a bouncy tunnel there so we stopped and had a play on that for a good half an hour, the man said keep going so that is what Freddie did. lol It wore me out watching him running from one end to the other.

Very good value for £2

After the shops we went to my house for a chilled afternoon, well it was supposed to be chilled but I ended up trying to build a Lego set, I’m sure the pictures could be made easier to follow! He enjoyed himself so that’s the main thing and I bet he slept well that night.
