Considering I read 60 books it was easily decided by me which I thought were the best. How did I decide? By the ones that really stood out, that I can remember, that kept me awake, and that kept me turning those pages and some that were just that bit different.
This is what I decided, the top spot was, OVER MY SHOULDER BY PATRICIA DIXON. I absolutely loved this book and thought it was so very nice the kind words Patricia said about me on the Facebook post.

RUTH HOGAN did a brilliant job in writing this story, such an unusual topic but it was very catchy and again had me turning the pages and it made such a nice change to read something that was a bit different.

AMANDA PROWSE is one of my favourite authors, I love all her books and they are all very different. She does write from the heart and you can feel all the emotion in her writing especially if she has experienced some of the topics she writes about.
JULIE WASSMER is a local writer to myself, with her books set in her home town of Whitstable. I do love reading stories that are set in places I know as it makes for better enjoyment as I can picture where the events are taking place.
Then we have the others that I thoroughly enjoyed, I really got into thrillers and suspense last year and am still really enjoying them. I am not sure a romance is going to do it for me now so have to put a bit of murder in with it.
So as we begin 2018 I have set my target for the year at 65 you can see all my books that I have read on Goodreads here. All my reviews you can find on my blog here.
Happy reading x
