This is amazing and well worth visiting while in Bath city centre.

You can do a tour around which is really informative about Janes life and family, we all learnt so much. Loved the information about the use of a fan.

They have an area where you can dress up in clothes of her eara and pose for photos that you take yourself, I thought this was excellent as a lot of places like this would charge for the photos. We all had a try at dressing up as you can see below.

The next part, I thought was excellent as it was the writing room like where Jane would have written her stories. You could use the feather ink nibs to try out on Jane Austin paper.

We then watched a film before we went upstairs for a cream tea, which I had and a savoury tea that Jodie had and Alfie had a Children’s cream tea. This was all delicious with many different types of tea to choose from.

As we were leaving we went back in the gift shop and I purchased a was sealer with the letter K and Jodie got a feather quill with ink.

Well worth going to as there is an awful lot there for all ages, there are steps so no good for wheelchairs, I didn’t see a lift there.
