What a brilliant start to the new year with this story, I liked it from the beginning and it just got better and better. Lots of red herrings and what a brilliant twist at the end, I loved it and never even thought about that happening.

I have not read any of this authors work before but I will make sure I keep a look out for her in the future. Even though this could be emotional because of the way it is written you don’t get that feeling, this keeps you guessing all the way through.

I am not sure which character I like best as they are all so devious and have their own agenda. I was pleased the child was found as I think one death is enough and that may of changed the whole dynamic of this story.

A good 5 stars from me and already in my best of the year list!

Happy January reading
