All the staff were amazing and so helpful, they obviously have very good training as they were the best I had seen in dealing with very rude and rowdy customers. This did arise when a group were asked to pay €200 as a deposit for each room in case of any breakages, it was dealt with quickly and smoothly, very impressive. Opposite The Gold Arcos Hotel I met Karen and Miguel a few years ago so always pop in to see them at their bar, which I have to say is doing very well with the older clientele with the bar being full most nights. This is so good to see as during covid you would always worry and think that the very small businesses may not make it. 19th JUNE I wasn’t sure about having my birthday away but when Kara (Eldest granddaughter) told me they were coming out to celebrate with me, it made it all perfect. Actually, it was the best birthday ever, the day just got better and better. Enzo (great-grandson) was his cheeky self and often made us laugh.
