I would like to thank Netgalley for the opportunity to read this book for an honest review.  I tried really hard to get in to this but it was extremely slow with nothing much happening apart from a girl being washed up on the beach who didn’t speak at all and knew nothing.  If the story had been more about the girl all the way through then it would have had an ongoing story line but it focused on the families of the people involved, like the woman who found her, a girl with a crush on a teacher and a policeman.  I really found it hard going and to be honest I could not wait to get to the end as nothing mysterious or anything really was happening at all.
