We are a quarter of the way through 2019 where does the time go and why does it go faster the older you get as I can remember as a child it felt like forever just to get through a month.
April had Easter which was hot so it made it all the more fun for the children and I bet there were a lot of egg hunts going on in the sunshine.
The Harbour Arm was popular with all the restaurants open and music about to begin. Many had their first swim of the year.
We had Mothers Day and cocktails.
My writing group welcomed Lisa Cutts who gave a talk about her writing and the books also her day job as a series crime detective. Lisa was also in the Writing magazine as it had a crime supplement. We also moved to our new long-term home at The Chambers Coffee Shop.
The fishing museum opened its doors at the new home by the harbour.
Also the East Cliff Creatives had their pop-up shop which was very popular with the local artists selling a lot of their master pieces.
So that was April and now we have May, this has a few birthdays for my family and a short break away for some of us. Lots of good things to look forward to.
Have a great month everyone.
