This campsite on the way to Deal has the best view to wake up to, especially when the sun is shining on a bank holiday weekend. This year was the busiest I have ever seen it but still so friendly and trouble free.
There was a big game of, The Kingsdown Ashes going on in the centre that not only the children were playing, some of the ladies had a good bowling arm.
This campsite charges by the person so it works out very reasonably, the facilities you cannot fault at all. You can have a barbecue and fire so long as it is off the ground and they can provide them if you have not got your own. You can pitch anywhere, deciding how far you want to be away from the toilets, what part of the view you would like to wake up to or a secluded part surrounded by trees.
It is also very reasonable to camp here during the off-season so I might just come here so I can write my next book or do a few blog post’s for Karen’s World.
