What a brilliant window display Waterstones designed for meet the author event on Saturday. Julie was so pleased with it and even requested the posters, new wallpaper maybe! LOL, please don’t blame me Kas (Julie’s husband)

I did get to catch up with Julie over a coffee and thanked her for my mention in the new book, if you haven’t bought it yet there are some left in Waterstones, actually all of her books are in there and have been signed by Julie.

If you didn’t get to see her then you have another chance on 27th June at The Chambers coffee shop at 6.30pm when Julie will be chatting about her books and writing career.

Lovely, colourful post. I popped into Waterston’s around 2.30 following a walking tour and never having read a word of hers. 15 minutes later I walked out with a signed copy of the first Whitstable Pearl Mystery! And five days later, I’ve read it and am planning a trip to Whitstable over the Bank Holiday weekend!

What do you think?
