It took us about four hours to drive to Bath in the camper, myself, Jodie and Alfie were having a mini-break as it was half term. Bath is a really nice location with the houses looking very different to ours in Kent as they are made from the local stone from here.

I was loving the pink bus that we caught from the park and ride!

The most popular place in Bath are the Roman Baths, where you can go in and look around and there are also ones that you can get in. We didn’t do that as it was a bit cold and we had picked out the places that we did want to see.

I was amazed at the size of a Childrens park which had just about everything you could possibly have in a park. Including skateboard and scooter ramps, bouncy castle, diggers in the sand pit and every type of swing there is. It did make me a bit sad that we have not got anything like this in Folkestone but I could not see a bouncy castle lasting very long without some sort of adult presence, constantly.

Bath has a modern take on an old city and well worth a visit.
