I went in here last week as wanted to see what sort of things they were selling as like everything I was getting conflicting answers so went and had a look. Beth will help you with choosing or deciding and is a mind of knowledge.

On a Sunday they have a herbalist there, Lynda Jones where you can have a consultation with her for your needs. I was pleased to see they do food intolerance testing as so many children and adults appear to have food allergies now so this will get you on top of your health and what you should eat. Lynda will do dietary analysis for you, getting a healthy diet is on the way to a healthier you.  There are workshops and presentations held here so  join their Facebook here for all notifications.

I have to admit that for a small shop they had a huge selection, I was drawn to the ice-cream, I wonder if vegan has fewer calories? Fresh sourdough bread is always good any day of the week, made by  local shop Docker here.

It is well worth popping along to see what they have, here are a few pictures.

Even though they have got an awful lot in this shop it does not feel crowded, you could lose a good half an hour in here looking at everything. I wish they had more goods that you could take your containers in to fill up, so reducing our plastic waste. Super selection on the middle table of all sorts from wool to candles.
