Sundays are meant for coffee and cake.

I fed the family of cats.

Alfie went to his sisters for a sleepover.

Sundays are also meant for reading the paper and the magazines, I love those in the papers.  A nice glass of red and pasta for dinner.
It is now movie time to finish off a good day.  How was your Sunday?

Sounds like you had a lovely time.
I’m having real problems with my hip at the moment but I struggled out this morning to go to my grandson’s 3rd birthday. I’m at home in bed now recovering from a strained arm which my daughter shoved up my back forcing me to eat a piece of chocolate fudge cake totally against my will.
These are savage times we live in. Bang goes the diet.

Lol sorry to hear about your hip, can you have another one? Iv just had a steroid injection in my elbow and it seems to have lessened the pain, I hope forever lol.
The things we have to go through with our kids lol I bet it was nice though xxxx

I’m glad your pain is gone, tennis elbow is no fun at all. The jab is often worse than the illness though.I suppose I can admit now no-one can reach me that the cake was nice. But if it lands on my hips there will be trouble. Don’t want to even consider a new one yet.

The jab was horrendous I must admit and as I had had them in both shoulders with no ease I was not expecting that pain. Xx

Incredibly beautiful day here in Lincoln, Nebraska! Sat outside on the balcony with my mother and had coffee and scones. We were being tormented by a wasp, but it was so nice we sat out there anyway!
