BRITAIN!

DSCF2222
Extreme weather has hit up north with so much rain that has caused terrible flooding, there is no good time for disasters but my heart goes out to these people who have had their homes and businesses flooded at this time of year. With no hope of getting back into buildings until later next year must be heartbreaking, especially if you have lost so much as this time there was not a lot of notice to even get things to a high level. Water causes so much damage to everything it comes into contact with and when you see the mud slide and the speed that the water was coming down the hill it is a wonder no lives were lost. I am guessing we have not seen the last of this bazar weather with next being the snow, I really wish we could have some extreme sunny weather and for it to be hot and no rain for at least two months so we can plan outings and actually enjoy it. Dreaming again!
I put the decorations up yesterday with Mia’s help so I am getting a bit festive. Alfie was round for a sleepover and we played on the Play Station, he did beat me every time in the car races; I am sure there is something wrong with the button as you touch it a bit and the car goes to the other side you touch it lots to get to the other side and it only moves a bit! Alfie thinks it’s me!
Today is a cosy, film, mince pie laying about in jamas kind of day so I am enjoying the rest, enjoy your Sunday what ever you are doing and see you tommorow. xx

We have been reasonably lucky down here, but I do feel for those in the North, it had been terrible. Looks like Desmond is wreaking his havoc!
